Party Secretary of the School of Management: Zhang Jinlian

Ms. Zhang Jinlian graduated from the School of Business Administration at South China University of Technology with a master's degree in Logistics Engineering. She is an associate professor of Logistics Management and a member of the Communist Party of China. She has led 4 university-level research projects, led or participated in 3 projects at or above the municipal or departmental level, and has published 5 papers in public journals. She has also participated in and received a first prize for teaching achievement at the college level. She has been honored multiple times with titles such as "Outstanding Educator," "Advanced Individual in Service and Education," "Advanced Worker," and "Outstanding Communist Party Member" at Guangdong Peizheng College.

Associate Dean for Teaching of the School of Management: Zhang Chuanqin

Dr. Zhang Chuanqin is the Associate Dean for Teaching of the School of Management. He holds a Ph.D. and has completed postdoctoral research. He is a Research Fellow. He graduated from Southeast University (majoring in Management Science and Engineering) and Nanjing University (majoring in Business Administration). He was a senior visiting scholar at Wright State University in the United States. He served as the Party Branch Secretary of the fourth batch of the Guangdong Provincial Education Working Committee, and is the person in charge of the special action "Guangdong Tour" for the "Dual-Leader" Teacher Party Branch Secretaries of provincial universities.

He has successively served as a member of the Information Technology Application Committee of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, executive director of the Informatization Construction Working Committee of the China Chemical Enterprise Management Association, executive director of the Shandong Association of Automation, member of the Shandong Provincial Expert Group on Manufacturing Informatization, member of the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Consulting and Evaluation Expert Group, editorial board member of Petrochemical Automation, and honorary professor of Zaozhuang University. He participated in one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, won a second prize for National Enterprise Management Innovation Achievements, and received the Contribution Award for Enterprise Informatization Implementation in China's Chemical Industry. He has led provincial and municipal research projects and won more than 20 awards, and has directed over 30 corporate research projects. He has published more than 40 papers (including over 10 in core journals) and edited four textbooks. Currently, he is leading 4 university-level teaching reform and research projects, 2 municipal/departmental projects, and 2 provincial projects, and has participated in 13 other teaching reform and research projects at various levels. His taught courses include E-commerce, Online Entrepreneurship, Management, Introduction to E-commerce, and E-commerce Enterprise Management.

Awards and Honors:
He was named Outstanding Academic Advisor of Guangdong Peizheng College for four consecutive semesters; was rated as Outstanding Party Member and Outstanding Party Worker for four consecutive years; received the Outstanding Teaching Quality Award for the 2022–2023 and 2023–2024 academic years; won the Third Excellent Achievement Award of the Guangdong Provincial Education Evaluation Association in 2022. He has been appointed as an Outstanding Advisor by the China Advertising Association, the China Society of Commercial Economics, the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Department of Education of Guangdong Province, the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, and the Guangdong Provincial Students' Federation. He has also been honored with titles such as Professional Technical Top-Notch Talent, Outstanding Young Intellectual, and Young and Middle-Aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions.
